they now allow remote testing for collaboration cert via www.webassessor.com

  2. I was thinking adding direct one would be too much, so no link at all then? https://www.webassessor.com/googlecloud/
  3. brackets were for inserting link into text, or did I messed up my markdown? Looked fine on my end.

Oh, the brackets were for that. It split when it showed up on my screen. In any case, the duplicate link was redundant. The webassessor link is available from the official page to register and it would be the same for all exams. Not too much value in us replicating it.
