Remove "use strict" from minified js #21

D'oh, I had accidentally forgotten to re-comment-out "use strict" before minifying the js yesterday. This fix removes "use strict" from the minified js.

If all is set up as intended, you should now be able to merge this PR yourself. (OTOH, the github interface isn't exactly clear on this ;^) Give it a shot. There's no reason for me to be a bottleneck on these improvements.
