Doesn't work with linux Mint 13 and XFCE4. Had to  uninstall clamtk 5.0 and 
reinstall clamtk 4.38-1.

Hi, you should start a new bug for this.

Can you provide additional details?  What didn't work?  Any error messages?  
What happens if you open a terminal window and type "clamtk" (without quotes)?

I should add that it's probably because the perl-Gtk2 is too old (in 
Debian-based systems, that's probably libperl-gtk2 or something).  Anyway, 
there's a version 4.45 at this link:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/clamtk/files/ClamTk/4.45/clamtk_4.45-1_all.deb/d
ownload

You should probably at least update to that version.
