What is the behaviour you observe?
The game freezes and crashes. The music continues to loop as normal. Here is a video demonstrating the issue at two points in the game.

It happens at random points in the game.
What triggers the behaviour?
It seems to occur when it's trying to load something as the two points shown in the video are when it was loading the end of boss fight and loading a new cutscene/area.
It happens on the latest firmware/menu combination 157/64. This used to not occur on firmware and menus dating back to August 2020. I am unsure which firmware this started occurring on, but the current one does it.
What is the behaviour you expect?
The game to continue performing normally.

This does not happen when playing on my retail disc. It plays as expected.
