6 months ago There's a discussion of this issue here: https://github.com/satijalab/seurat/issues/2702#issuecomment-1878546333. I've linked to a comment I wrote for rotating the image (but not the data) by any angle. There are solutions that also rotate the data, but only in multiples of 90 degrees.
Hello - I have a visium project of 4 samples that I am analyzing but I am unhappy with the tissue orientations in SpatialFeaturePlot/DimPlot (These are skin samples where orientation is important however they were imaged at oblique angles or even upside down). Is there a workaround of some sort that would enable me to reorient slices? Please let me know, thanks.
