In interfaces such as the Production Flinging config where the group / collection context is used to combine Pool instances into <optgroup> elements labelled to their appropriate context the first interaction can involve a lot of scrolling. It may improve the UX to have a copy of the current pool's optgroup be present at the top of dropdown.
May need to add a threshold before this is enabled to avoid needless duplication.
