Log location needs to be more explicit #157

Simply linking the channel like this is not foolproof, as anyone unable to go to that channel will not know where the error occurred. It would be beneficial to log the name of the guild and channel in plaintext, then link it.

Additionally, logging the exact message on which the error occurred would be useful
