Moving the mouse fast enough over the buttons for installing/uninstalling mods and enabling/disabling mods causes the buttons to visually get stuck in their mouseover variant like this picture shows. Scrolling through the list and thent he description back and forth while browsing mods can cause this to happen often. Scrolling the modlist doesn't fix the visual state, including scrolling them off the bottom/top. Favourite button is not affected by this issue.
