Show what mods another mod depends on within the Mod Manager. Example: The upcoming SMR UI on this page https://ficsit.dev/mod/4ha9SfdXaHAq4q/version/6WE9FG4WjSubGx

@Feyko / @budak7273 any chance either of you can add a description to this issue? I, and I hope many others, would like to contribute but all open issues on the project board are pretty vague :(

@cas-technology I added some description info. The Mod Manager is mid-rewrite to ficsit-cli and a Go client, @mircearoata has to push the code for that rewrite before others can work on it.
