ficsit-cli needs a way to quickly toggle between the enabled mods and vanilla with no mods.

TODO: need to figure out where this toggle exists in the menu and exactly what it does.
My guess:
Toggle in menu that just enables or disables all mods. Toggling to Vanilla remembers what mods you previously had so that toggling again restores the full list of mods you last had.
Describe alternatives you've considered
A button could just remove all mods and not remember the last set of enabled mods.
I'm not sure if individual mods can be enabled/disabled or only added/removed.
