Remove release/alpha/beta distinction in favor of semver #27

The alpha/beta/release system is not well utilized by modders, does not matter to mod dependencies or the mod manager and leads to confusing display in the Latest Versions section of the frontend (see https://github.com/satisfactorymodding/smr-frontend/issues/75). I suggest the field be removed and semver prereleases used instead, since dependency resolution pays attention to that.
