Enhancement request: Return the post location in createNetworkUpdate #101

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a network update or a share
2. This returns void

LinkedIn return a `Location` header which contains a url for the newly created 
update.
Although this url is not yet usable for viewing the update, it would be helpful 
to have it anyway to identify the update. I'm hoping we can extract an id from 
the url.
