This is very annoying; nearly destroyed a project but I had an idea that worked:
- Go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\CS6\MediaCore\
- Rename dfscPremiereOutCS5.prm
- Start Premiere Pro and export a few seconds from your project as avi
- Save the project and exit Premiere
- Re-rename the file back to dfscPremiereOutCS5.prm
- Open project and export with frameserver

Is this bug without solution?
Premiere CS6 doesn't works with Export (with or without FrameServer).
Adobe Media Encoder works with FrameServer, why Premiere not?
Help, help, help

Workaround to remove <MZ.Prefs.Export.LastExportedPreset> doesn't work in
Premiere Pro CC. Project file format was changed.

Found a workaround: uninstall the Debug Frame server and restart Premiere.
Now export to other format and reinstall the Debug Frame server.
not nice, but it does work for me.

Yes, uninstalling DebugFrameServer and installing AdvancedFrameServer brings
back the Export Settings window. Thanks #14.

Advanced FrameServer sometimes crashes after a few minutes of conversion (with
Premiere CC).

Advanced Frameserver is the same bad thing.
It has glitches in audio regardless of audio settings and checkboxes.
So all 2 frameservers for Premiere are very buggy and not useful. Bad.
What's up, developers, are you all die ?
