extremly slow premiere CS6 #29

iam using this with CS6 it takes ~20h to render a 1h 45min Video via MeGUI.
it only uses 13 % realtime and does only 2,66 FPS

CPU (i2700K @ 4,5 Ghz) only 30 % used.

sooo what is this??
