Vegas Pro 13 crashes when starting up. #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Does not work with Sony Vegas 13: VegasPro13 crashes when starting.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Works fine with Vegas 11 and 12. Does not work in Vegas Pro 13
