Request - Set expiry of files

Uploaded files require manual pruning to prevent strains on disk quota. 

Request:
- files auto purge from database upon expiration and are moved to pending 
deletion folder.
- files are then deleted from disk a specified number of days after purging.
- global expiration default threshold
- individual files can have override to new date
- individual files can be checked for "never expires"
- individual users can have default expiration thresholds

Email reminders sent to users at a configurable time prior to expiration.

Perfect solution for dealing with files which are only required for a certain 
amount of time, hence saving valuable disk space and time spent going through 
deleting files not needed.

a simply numeric box adding file expiring time or a tick box to make permanent 
sounds  perfect, adding the files to a pending deletion folder will be good for 
ensuring files are not deleted by mistake and keeping some control of the 
automated deletion process.

Perfect can wait for the implementation into the project

However automatic deletion was not added yet. On the next release probably!
