Weird aspect of the pages under https

* What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. install r412 (with Softaculous) on my remote server 
2. installed a SSL certificate to secure connections
3. Open the main page in the browser (Chrome on a Linux Mint 13 x64 machine, 
Safari on Macs) with the https access

* What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected ouput : the usual pages

What do I see instead : see attached file

Note : before installing the SSL certificate, there was no problem at all 
(seems not to load css files ?)

* What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

r412. For the OS, I don't know (distant webhost : www.o2switch.fr)

* Please provide any additional information below.

On Firefox, opens properly on my desktop computer since I bypassed a warning 
(can't remember which kind of). On the same computer, with Chrome, wrong 
appareance.
