Can't upload any file. #378

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login as client and choose file to upload
2. Hit "Upload"
3. na

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected success. Instead, see:

Files ready to upload

Please complete the following information to finish the uploading proccess. 
Remember that "Name" is a required field.

Then, a list of the files that didn't upload.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

412. Using on Windows 2008 Server.
