Feature request: API for automated uploads #390

We have an automated build and test system. Would be nice if Project Send had 
some sort of API that we could use so that the automated build and test system 
also uploaded the files.

Gah, not quite because I still need to import it into project send... so still 
need some api.

Hi Simon! There's nothing like that yet.
What you can do is manually create the record on the files table. But 
assignations are a little more complicated (as you need to id of each user or 
group, and the file also).
