Corrupted zip file v514 #396

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.It doesn't happen always
2.I create a zip file and I test it to make sure there is no error on it then i 
upload it to a user.
3.When he downloads it he gets a corrupted zip message. I try to download it as 
well from the site and now i get the same error message.

Is this a problem to use zip file with v514 Projectsend version? Please help

What's the RAM memory limit on your server?
Are you adding several big files to the zip when it fails?

Me too. Ram limit in my server is ok 10%. did you solved the problem?

I also have this problem, did it get resolved? Uploading via FTP (binary). 
Files under 2gig seem ok.
