Manage specific client's files doesn't work #398

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go on manage client
2.Click on manage files of a specific client
3.All files of all clients are listed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We have all files of all clients instead of selected client's files

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r514, windows 7, chrome and firefox

Is there a fix for same issue with r561 ? same issue is happening !!
