User score selection Callback #7

Hi, we need to know what the user has selected, is there any way to have a callback to know it?

@borjaruiz Thanks for your question. Let me check with the team if we can add that. Are you interested in knowing when the score was selected or when the survey has been completed?

Hi @jsedlacek We need the score selected by the user, to trigger custom actions in that moment in the app. So the answer would be: just when the user selects a score

@jsedlacek In addition, we would need the survey code/name to be able to know which is.

@borjaruiz Just to understand your context, what action are you going to trigger after the customer fills in the rating?

I have sent your request to the team, we'll try to address that in the next version.

@jsedlacek we would like to redirect the user to Google Play to rate our app if he has selected 9 or 10 (as an example).

@borjaruiz Thanks. In that case, I think it would be more suitable to send a callback once the survey is completed so that we don't interrupt your users during the survey.

@jsedlacek thanks for your suggestion. Will be great if we can have your solution. User first interact with Satismeter and when they "send the info to Satismeter" we should be able to retrieve the info.

Is this in your roadmap? It's an approach we need ASAP. Thanks!

@roger-sala-forcemanager @borjaruiz We are now working on a feature that will ask promoters to leave a review on App Store/Play Store. Will this feature request will still be relevant after it's implemented?

@jsedlacek looks like a good improve. Just a question, what you want to mean "promoters"? I mean, will we can choose when a user is promoter? For example, something like when the rating is >8 is promoter, or >9 is promoter. If we can have this option, the improve you are working on is perfect. Thanks for all!

@roger-sala-forcemanager Promoters are people who give a score of 9 or 10. Hope it's clear now!
