[Migration] Use Xata as a database #6

Xata is a cloud data platform, which combines features of a relational database, a search engine, and an analytics engine. As the application needs to store data (such as song requests) and be able to search directly from it, this platform seems to be a good choice of using.

Its pricing also seems to be good and acceptable for our usage.
