rustup を使うか、
ghc
stack
cabel
rustc
cargo をそれぞれインストールして必要なときに別のバージョンを使うか、
https://github.com/oxalica/rust-overlay または
https://github.com/nix-community/fenix とghcupか ghcupとrustのオーバーレイが使いやすそう必要になったらnix developを使う
