Modification of the default layout #7

This modification is to make the website more responsive and more user-friendly to watch for a big screen (It's just a matter of taste, it can be refuse :) )

Because the home page, with all the news about SAT is not confortable for me on a big screen (and maybe other users) when the bootstrap container is not fluid.

By adding this fluid feature, The css will no longer be "Media queries" but a real responsive design.

The modification are not online yet. Is it normal ? The merge on the master branch is not directly link with the upload online ?

For the moment no. I am uploading the files right now (ftp was not supported where I was earlier today).

OK perfect :) it was just to know (for the next pushes that I will do) and I can know see the modification ^^
