feat-req: A guide on how to add in better fenced code block output support #210

In the Astro Docs there is a cool fenced code block that has GitHub style git line adds. I have tried to have a look around to see what config I would need to change but I am not too sure.

At the time of writing this, shiki transformers integration with Astro doesn't work as expected. I opened an issue on shiki repo and will get back to you after some updates.
