feat: all posts link end with / #246

Both the canonical and RSS article URLs end with "/", for consistency with the standard, it is best to use "/" at the end of the article URL.

Yes. You're right. Besides your updates, I found that other links also need to have trailing slash in order to prevent unnecessary redirects. Thanks for pointing this out.
