Clean up pass slots #25

Currently, pass slots are kept for an undefined time, which makes its final visualization very hard after a couple of days. A periodic task should be programmed within the database to clean up those useless slots.

This issue has been solved and a clean up procedure for passes and ground tracks has been included in the cron tasks that are executed periodically.
