Recently I tried to use the simpling function, as follows,
centroid_fold -g -1 RF00008_B.txt --sampling 100
and the error happened,
WARNING: vrna_pbacktrack*(): Unique multiloop decomposition is unset!
Activate unique multiloop decomposition by setting the uniq_ML field of the model details structure to a non-zero value before running vrna_pf()!
