Sorry for my ignorance, but I did not understand how I incorporate so that "Click to open" does not appear. I wish it were like this: http://prntscr.com/ket6mt

The point is appending ?book=xxx query to your BiB/i URI such as https://your.web.site/somewhere/bib/i/?book=BOOKNAME.
