Local Files will won't load when added to query sting

When trying to load epub books onto using i/index.html/.epub it says

The Origin of the Path of the Book Is Not Allowed.

i tried doing zipped and unzipped, .epup but they all say the same.

Putting them inside the library folder solves this issue
