Reconcile unnecessary differences versus Minecraft

Although is it not Minecraft, since NetCraft is being used to bridge to Bukkit servers (in WebSandboxMC), it would be expedient to reconcile some of the significant block discrepancies to increase compatibility. At least these blocks:

• Cement vs stone, stone vs stonebrick - change these names?
• Colored blocks vs wool - 32 vs 16, I can't even name the colors of all the color blocks Craft has (but tried here: https://github.com/satoshinm/WebSandboxMC/blob/2ff598872e384c17ad6a63aa45e230acfbcd3ac7/src/main/java/io/github/satoshinm/WebSandboxMC/bridge/BlockBridge.java#L456-L509), and they take up a lot of space in the texture atlas which is used by other blocks
• Other differences might be ok (light stone / dark stone), or replace with other useful blocks
