Touch: hold to mine and tap to build #186

The touch interface needs to be updated to use block-breaking with hardness (https://github.com/satoshinm/NetCraft/issues/17), it wasn't updated when the other input methods (mouse, keyboard, joystick) were. So far this changes:

[x] Touch hold to mine
[x] Tap quickly to build

More changes are needed to bring touch up to par with the other input interfaces, but this is a start
