Touch controls should allow full game interaction #187

Touch controls (from https://github.com/satoshinm/NetCraft/pull/186 https://github.com/satoshinm/NetCraft/pull/105 https://github.com/satoshinm/NetCraft/pull/67) are very limited, they should allow most/all of the game to be played as fully-fledged citizen.

This may require onscreen controls.

[x] Break and place (hold and tap)
[ ] Switch block selection
[ ] Lateral movement, strafe (onscreen directional pad?)
[ ] Chat
[ ] Functionality exposed through keyboard shortcuts
