Add options to limit how the web users can interact with the world, at least:

[x] Breaking/placing blocks
[x] Sign writing
[x] Sending chat
[x] Receiving chat
[x] Seeing player positions (conversely, transmitting their own: https://github.com/satoshinm/WebSandboxMC/issues/16)
