Web client authentication, nicknames besides webguest## #48

Allow better nicknames than webguest plus a sequential number (authenticate with a token from /websandbox auth)

Ties in with https://github.com/satoshinm/NetCraft/issues/143 Remove or replace auth implementation, idea: /websandbox auth, as the logged in user (not in the web app), get a token/URL, saved by the plugin and allows claiming said username.
