Barrier blocks support #55

WebSandboxMC should gracefully handle the BARRIER block type. Reported at:

What are these and what is an appropriately useful behavior? Show as air but act as an obstacle?

Barriers show as a "no entry" icon when placed but change to invisible. Showing as invisible on the client. /give player barrier, since not found in creative inventory.
