Allow placing more blocks #83

Most supported blocks should be placeable, instead of a select few

Added most the easy blocks, but not all can be placed yet because more code would have to be written to translate the web block id back to the MaterialData (todo: refactor Material+MaterialData translation to/from singular id?)
