When loading the world with these mods added I get missing blocks from "miscutils", were they overwritten?

FluidPyrotheum https://ftbwiki.org/Blazing_Pyrotheum is from ThermalFoundation, so how it is missing from the old world? I just added it?

Continuing anyway, right off the bat get an update error: https://github.com/satoshinm/modpack/issues/45 Redstone Arsenal: A new version is available§6:Final 1.7.10 release.. but it loads.
