Add biomes mods: Forgotten Nature, ExtrabiomesXL, Bibliowoods BOP. Closes GH-37 #50

The mods load with default configs (despite https://github.com/satoshinm/modpack/pull/49 filling up much of the biome ids):

but Twilight Forest detects a biome conflict at login time. "[TwilightForest] Biome ID conflict detected. Fix by editing the config file." Nice it doesn't crash.

This works, but need to test to be sure ExtrabiomesXL doesn't drown out Biomes O' Plenty. It has some neat worldgen. The volcano is from Project Red World, most the ores from GregTech:
