Remove Opis and MobiusCore #66

Although it sounds like a good idea http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/1292610-server-admin-opis-1-2-3-the-server-admin Opis only loads on the client side, fails to load on the server side, and even when loaded on the client and connected to a multiplayer server it seems you can't do /opis, only in single player?

Going with renaming these mods ".disabled" so can be enabled later if necessary easily
