Forge: enable loading splash screen #74

This shows useful information while loading instead of the title screen

Unfortunately, it breaks F11 fullscreen. Instead of fullscreening properly it displays a small screen in the bottom-left hand corner. Disabling splash fixes this.

In both cases, fullscreening with the green bubble works. However, fps is significantly lower in this fullscreen mode (F11 fullscreen is consistently 40-60 fps, windowed fullscreen about 30-40 fps at most).
