Add nitre to dustNitre? Rename Thermal Foundation niter to Saltpeter?

Changed to rename displays name to clarify: Thermal Foundation "Saltpeter Nitre" (since it is really dustSaltpeter), Forgotten Nature to "Niter (Nitre)" (both spelling, for search), and add Forgotten Nature's to dustNiter.
