Thermal Expansion: smelting should produce GregTech ingots #91

Use Minetweaker to change to e.g. copper and tin ingots from GregTech instead of Thermal Foundation. Also pulverized to dust.

Disabled world generation Thermal Foundation's tin and copper, since GregTech has its own (not as prevalent, but can be found in large veins), partly addressing the problem
