Application segfault when dragging sphere #297

Start a new drawing and add a closed sketch.

Select the sketch and make it to a part.

Expand the part object in the tree, locate the sketch and pad it to a height of 
10.

Now add a sphere to the drawing from the menu.  Attempt to drag the sphere to a 
new location causes a segfault.

I was able to reproduce this sequence repeatedly.  If I selected and unselected 
the part and/or the sphere in the tree before dragging, I could occasionally 
avoid the segfault.
