seps525 driver added to fbtft #1

Hi! Would you mind submitting your driver to fbtft or rather now the kernel directly? Would be nice to see it be supported from there.

Thanks for the message but it looks they only accept the patch but no new drivers as fbtft has moved to Staging and development is ceased. https://github.com/notro/fbtft/wiki/Development

Please let me know if there is still chance for us to submit the new driver to any repository.

I understand it as development is not continuing at github anymore but in the kernel because fbtft moved there. Which is why you'd need to send your code to the linux kernel mailing list. Maybe this is a good article about it: https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/v4.12/process/submitting-patches.html
