Rename developer and show role with login name #111

I think 'operator' would be better than 'developer' because it's more universal. Also could you show a short form of the role behind the login name in the top bar? Like 'Jon Doe (adm|man|op|usr)

The role name can be changed with language file. Show role should be part of the new design.
