Improvement of kanban view for managers #79

Enhancement for the kanban view:

  1. My issues should show issues that I'm assigned to (if I'm a developer/manager) as well as issues I have created (developer/manager/user)
  2. Managers (ONLY MANAGERS) should have the additional option to toggle between a complete project issue list and a complete project issue kanban when viewing a projects issue list. This option should NOT be available to developers/users.
