Refactor chat #4

Chat is spazzy as

Need to try something besides Virtuoso.

Also need to stop everything from bouncing around.

Might tie into refactoring the nostr backend

Fixed a bug in my since filter... was looking way too far into the past. Added a loading spinner that hides the initial rendering of the notes that were found + the scroll to bottom.

It's time based and not attached to the actual loading of notes so still needs work.
