Quick zap improvements #5

Display the amount next to the lightning bolt

Add a tooltip or something that tells you it can be configured in settings. Or maybe if you click and hold bring up a box that allows you to set the default on the spot.

connect it to the chat zap 1311

Stop the bolt from flashing all the time

Would be cool to allow user to spam click it like stacker news

Changes: Show default amount instead of 'zap'. Connected to chat zap Removed flash

Still need allow setting default... will take some work going to do it later.
